    1. Type your network name (SSID) and password exactly as they are set on the router.
    2. Choose the security type. On almost every router today it's WPA/WPA2/WPA3.

    Which phones can scan a Wi-Fi QR code?

    iPhones since iOS 11 and most Android phones join straight from the camera app. On older Android phones, use Google Lens or the QR scanner in the Wi-Fi settings.

    What happens if I change my Wi-Fi password?

    The code still contains the old password, so it stops connecting. Make a new code with the new password; it takes a few seconds.

    Is my Wi-Fi password safe here?

    The code is created in your browser and nothing is uploaded. Keep in mind that anyone who can see the printed code can join your network, so for visitors a separate guest network is a good idea.
